When will payment be taken?
At any point during the free trial, you can decide to move forward with the service. At that point, your credit card will be charged, starting your month of service. Your service will be automatically continued on a monthly basis and payment will be processed at that time unless you cancel the service.
Is lims.cloud secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in flight and at rest
Can I use the free trial more than once?
When you sign up for your free 7 day trial period, your user account will be verified with two-factor authentication. This user account and associated email will not be able to receive the free trial again.
What is the length of committment?
You may cancel the service anytime. Your service will continue on a monthly basis as long as you would like it to.
What if I need something customized?
We realize that there may be a need for customization or service outside of the feature set and specifications of our self-serve basic and Advanced SaaS offerings. For these situations, we have options to transfer you to an Enterprise service if the need for extensive customization or additional services arises. We are happy to discuss your questions for this at anytime.
What if I need a custom HL7 interface developed?
